Operations Manager - Breckenridge/Eagle County, Drop Mobility
Who We Are
At Drop Mobility we believe in a shared, electric, sustainable and connected future for urban mobility. Founded in 2017, we have grown consistently and are now operating in 30 cities across North America with offices in Toronto, California and more.
We work closely in partnership with municipal governments, transit agencies, non-profit bike share organizations, corporates, campuses and other bike advocacy organizations to support and operate thousands of electric vehicles every day. Our best-in-class e-bikes, our full-stack software platform and our dedicated operations division provide mobility solutions that help tackle some of our generation’s biggest challenges around climate change and traffic congestion.
We will soon be deploying shared e-bike systems in Breckenridge and Eagle County to provide an exciting commute and recreation option for residents and tourists across the region.

Your experience in operations and your passion for bikes makes you an ideal candidate to lead a team of field and workshop technicians in delivering top notch shared e-bike services to the residents and visitors of Breckenridge and Eagle County. You are able to problem solve and pivot quickly to respond to the needs of your team, the riders, and the bikes on the ground. You are comfortable analyzing data and developing processes that ensure that the e-bikes are in good repair, have ample battery charge, are balanced throughout the city, and are ready to get riders to their destinations.
The Role
You will be responsible for shared e-bike operations execution in the Breckenridge and Eagle County area. You will build and manage a local team to ensure maximum bicycle availability, and will work with a centralized operations department to execute processes and feed data into improvements that can benefit not just your operations but all other Drop cities. This role is local to Breckenridge and Eagle County and reports to a Regional Operations Manager. Success in this role will require:
